NEARLY seven in ten Brits believe Cheryl Cole should dump her love-rat husband, an exclusive Sun poll has revealed.
A whopping 68 per cent of those quizzed reckon the X Factor judge should give Chelsea ace Ashley the boot.
Just FIVE per cent think she should give him yet another chance.
Twenty-seven per cent said they were not sure what the Girls Aloud singer should do about her marriage.
Hundreds of Sun readers flooded our text messageboard to praise Fight For This Love singer Cheryl – and blast cheat hubby Ashley.
Paul, from Abertillery, South Wales, said: “She could get any man she wants and fell for a loser like Ashley. Get rid of him and find a real man.”
Kath Wilson, from Rotherham, South Yorks, added: “I see he has swapped his fillet steak 4 beefburgers AGAIN.”
Gillian said: “Cheryl was stunning at the Brits. Did a great job. Must be something mentally wrong with Ashley.”
Caza fumed at Ashley: “I hope u r hurtin a million times worse than Cheryl, she was amazing last nite. Stay strong.”
Gary, of Norfolk, said: “I’ve watched this beautiful, young woman handle this public betrayal in such a dignified way and still he turns the knife. Why?
“I hope somebody is giving Cheryl some good advice and most of all a big cuddle! If not I will!”
But Sara said: “They should keep fighting for their love. He should at least get a chance.”

Cheryl Cole knocked her rival and last year’s winner Una Healy from The Saturdays off the podium to snatch back her title as Hottest Female for this year’s Virgin Media Music Awards.
That’s hot: Cheryl Cole is this year’s sexiest female
Meanwhile Pixie Lott narrowly beat JLS to be billed this year’s Best Newcomer.
With female artists firmly cementing their popularity across most categories, Lily Allen goes on to triumph over Lady GaGa and JLS to claim her prize for Best Track for the single The Fear.
Bright future: Pixie Lott is Best Newcomer
Take That, also triumphed, being crowned this year’s Best Group and for the second year running band member Mark Owen got voters’ hearts racing by winning the Hottest Male award.
Ex band member Robbie Williams was named this year’s Best Solo Male.
Lady GaGa was runner-up behind Britney Spears to win the Best Solo Female award. However she hasn’t gone unnoticed by the public for her eccentric yet addictive album The Fame, as she walked away with this year’s Best Album award.
Eccentric: Lady Gaga’s The Fame has been voted Best Album
British 1980s new romantics Spandau Ballet received a warm welcome back by their fans this year by accepting the Best Comeback award.
Frontman Tony Hadley said: “Thanks to Virgin Media customers and of course all of our fans for supporting us and enabling us to have the best time back on stage together. The tour so far has been fun beyond belief.”
Last year’s winner: Una Healy from The Saturday’s was beaten by Cheryl Cole to the Hottest Female award
Finally, the ultimate Legend of the year award went, perhaps unsurprisingly, to the late king of pop Michael Jackson.
This year, more than three million music fans took part online in what is thought to be one of the biggest music awards voted for by the public.

Megan Fox and Cheryl Cole are head-to-head in the betting markets for the 2010 FHM Sexiest Women Award
The annual Sexiest Women awards betting markets have opened and the top contenders are Cheryl Cole and Megan Fox.
Girls Aloud star Cheryl came out on top 12 months ago and after another eye-catching stint on X Factor, plus an impressive debut as a solo artist, she is 1/3 with PaddyPower to retain her title. Paddypower are offering £30 free to all new users to bet on whether she will retain the Crown.
Magnificent Megan came from nowhere to be crowned champion in 2008 and the Transformers beauty is rated a 9/4 chance to go one better than last year’s effort. However, weighing in against her is her Transformers performance.
Jessica Alba has slipped from first, to second and then third in the last three stagings, so it is hard to see her reversing the trend, but the Sin City stunner is next best in the betting at 12/1.
Britney Spears is another old favourite who bounced back up the charts to No 4 in 2009 but again there has been little of late to recommend a punt on her at 14/1.
Keeley Hazell has been a regular in the top five in recent years without ever quite landing the major prize, but she is 16/1 to put that right this time.
However, those looking for a dark horse may be more tempted by 18/1 for The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford, who has just beaten off competition from Fox and Cole to top Zoo Magazine’s 100 Hottest Bodies poll.

Schoolchildren have named X Factor judge Cheryl Cole their ideal teacher, ahead of egghead Stephen Fry, a poll has revealed.
Girls Aloud star Cole, who left school without taking GCSEs, was the top choice, with former Doctor Who actor David Tennant in second place.
Highbrow Fry, who hosts BBC1 series QI, came ninth in the poll of 2,000 pupils for children’s trading website Swapit.co.uk.
Teen music sensation Miley Cyrus, who at 17 is barely over the school leaving age herself, was third place in the survey.
England football stars such as David Beckham and Wayne Rooney also figured as favoured teaching choices, both making the top 10.
Recently married Katie Price was in seventh position.
David Soskin, Swapit’s chairman, said: “Kids and adults alike love the glitz and glamour of the X Factor and Cheryl is rapidly becoming a great role model for kids.”
As for ideal lessons, the children and young people surveyed – aged six to 18 – said they would most like to be taught about the financial world. Environmental issues were voted second.
They showed a keen interest in the climate, saying they would prefer to see a reduction in global warming than England win the World Cup in South Africa.
