Cheryl Cole takes comfort in arms of hunky dancer

Cheryl Cole has been taking solace in the arms of a new pal, Derek Hough, the UK Mirror claims.
Cole is in the throes of a marriage bust-up with football star Ashley Cole over his alleged dalliances and has fled to Los Angeles. According to the Mirror, the X Factor darling’s new pal Hough, a dancer, was seen leaving her hotel at 4.15am after spending 10 hours listening to Cheryl.
A friend said of Hough: ‘Derek has been like a rock for Cheryl. He’s told her that whatever the time, day or night, he’s there for her and she really needs someone she can confide in and trust at the moment. As you can imagine, she’s having trouble sleeping at the moment. A million thoughts are going through her mind.’
Hough’s friend Raquelle Gracie said: ‘Derek thinks Cheryl is an amazing woman. She is just his type, you can tell by the women he has been with before. He loves gorgeous women who are talented. And women like that love him because he’s a bit eccentric and a musician. He definitely fancies her. Whether they become a couple is simply up to Cheryl. Derek would be up for it. He would never ever do anything unless she was single. He’s not the sort of guy that would cheat.’
