X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has confessed that she hates looking at photos of herself, and that she does not feel comfortable posing for the camera during photoshoots.

The 26-year-old, who recently took part in a shoot for Q magazine, said: ‘I have to be totally honest, I hate doing photo sessions. That’s my worst thing to do because I feel like I’m not very good in terms of posing. I hate looking at photos of myself.’

The singer was recently named the sexiest woman in the world by FHM.
