X FACTOR judges Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole reassure each other as they start filming the new series – on a yacht.

Cheryl, 26, and Louis, 56, met up with colleague Dannii Minogue, 37, at a pier off the Thames in London on Sunday with the ladies looking to sink each other in the style wars.

Dannii opted for the formal look in a fitted black top, skin-tight trousers and shades while Cheryl wore a patch-work jacket.

They joined up with Simon Cowell who hours earlier had celebrated a premature 50th birthday party at a star-studded bash. Looks like the reality show trio are ready to start making waves.
